Add beauty and safety to stairs, ramps, and pool decks, with this durable, interior/exterior latex finish. Holds up to heavy foot traffic while adding traction to avoid slips and falls. This acrylic sealer is fortified with new heavy-duty resin technology to provide maximum adhesion and protection on concrete surfaces. Do Not use on garage floor, parking areas, or wood decks. Allow 60 days minimum for new concrete to cure before sealing. Clean and etch new or bare concrete with Bond-Lok cleaner. 1 gallon covers approximately 50 to 100 sq. ft. depending on surface texture. Wait 24 hours for light use, 48 hours for normal traffic. Available in gray and 2 tint bases. Apply with a high-quality polyester brush or 1/4" or 3/8" nap roller. Clean up with warm, soapy water.
